Pets Naturally is proud to offer same-day local delivery to our Traverse city customers! Please see below for answers to FAQ about our Home Delivery service.
- Minimum Order Our Home Delivery requires a minimum order of $50.00
- Where is Home Delivery offered? Home Delivery is available inside of a 12 mile radius from our location in Traverse City, MI.
- Will you deliver if I am not at home? Yes, we will leave your order at your front door if there is no one home. If you have specific delivery instructions for us, please include those instructions at checkout.
- What days do you offer Home Delivery? Home Delivery is currently available Wednesday & Thursday
- What is the cutoff time for Home Delivery? All orders received by 2:00 pm are eligible for same day Home Delivery. Orders received after 2:00 pm will be delivered on the following day.
- How much does Home Delivery cost? Our Home Delivery service is $10 Delivery Fee (Up to 8 mile radius from store) and $15 Delivery Fee (8 to 12 mile radius from store)
- How do I order? All orders must be placed on our Online Store. Please select Home Delivery during checkout.
